Kiosker for Mac? Use Canned Web
Kiosker runs on iPad and iPhone, not macOS.
Kiosker is a well liked fullscreen web kiosk, but it is made for iPad and iPhone. Its own site describes it as a web kiosk for iPad and iPhone, and there is no native macOS build. So if your kiosk hardware is a Mac mini, iMac or MacBook, Kiosker is not a native option, and searching "Kiosker for Mac" turns up nothing that actually installs as a Mac app.
One honest catch: some iPad apps can run on Apple Silicon Macs through the "Designed for iPad" path. That is an iPad app running in a window, not a macOS kiosk. It will not run on Intel Macs, and it is not built to seal macOS itself. If an app suggested Kiosker for your Mac, this is the mismatch.
Canned Web is the macOS equivalent, built natively for a Mac. Enter a URL, hold ⌘⇧S, and the Mac is sealed fullscreen to that site. Spotlight, Cmd-Tab and screenshots are blocked, navigation is locked to your domain (or a single path), it starts back into the site after a reboot, and exit needs your password. One-time €49 per machine, 14-day trial, no MDM.
